Rental Policy

Please take a moment to review our rental policy to avoid any confusion between Chairs4allevents and our clients regarding equipment rental for events.

 

  1. We request your driver’s license, contact number, email address, venue address, date of delivery, date of collection, and date of return for all the orders.
  2. The orders are only released once the full payments are received.
  3. All Items must be returned the day after the event if the event falls on a Saturday or Sunday goods can be returned on a Monday.
  4. Authorization of credit cards needs to be signed together with the contract once the orders are confirmed.
  5. All damaged or missing items during renting time will be charged to your credit card.

 

Receiving rental items:

 

  1. Drivers will verify counts with the customer upon delivery/collection, if you are not onsite to accept delivery, our count will be accepted as accurate.
  2. If goods are returned late without any arrangement, the items will be charged at a daily rate.
  3. The Quotations are only valid for 15 days, 50% deposit is requested to secure the booking.
  4. Delivery fees are based on the distance and driving time of the delivery zip code from our warehouse. It includes a round trip for delivery and a round trip for pick-up for one truck. If additional trucks are required, additional fees apply. Delivery fees assume delivery will be made between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Extra charges will be added if the trip is after 4 pm and before 9 a.m. Please call us for specific mileage rates for your area.
  5. It is compulsory for some items to be dropped off and picked up by our company to avoid damages during the transportation.
  6. We reserve the right to specify the items from time to time.
  7. Please note that there will be additional charges if items need to be carried to a location other than the parking site. Arrangements must be made at the time you place your order for such requests as we must allow enough time to carry out the items.
  8. Missing packages (e.g., boxes, crates…) will be chargeable when the order is returned.

 

Pre-cleaning request:

 

  1. Please return the item(s) to their original containers. Glassware and flatware must be returned free of debris and repacked properly in the provided crates lined with plastic bags.
  2. All glassware must be returned to appropriate racks with foot side up.
  3. Tables, chairs, and other equipment will be stacked neatly at a mutually convenient location on delivery. Equipment should be re-stacked and ready for pick-up in the same location it was delivered to.
  4. Failure to do pre-cleaning will result in penalties.
  5. A penalty will be applied if the tablecloth is returned with damages or stains which hardly to be removed.

 

Set-Up

 

  1. There will be charges if you request us to do set up or break down.
